Every time you fail you have to wait 13 minutes or so till you get another shot at trying. I have to reiterate, if you have not started these games then stay away. I was at one point going to check iOS version as I have an emulator for that but apparently those achievements stopped working a long time ago so I'm not really in a rush to waste my time with that while I have other versions I can more easily play.Įdit: Just did a roughly 20 hour session and got Theme titan done on WP. I'm currently on my WP trying to get Theme titan still Just booted up my Android phone now as of 10PM April 6th and it's still down since the 5th. I repeatedly mention the ANDROID VERSION SPECIFICALLY AS NOT WORKING.

you not read any of my edits? I was back on within an hour of my original post and have been doing nothing but playing those two versions. It would be good if there were an option to play against yourself on your phone - or at least an option to go head-to-head with a friend in a two-player battle.I don't really know why you can't connect, I can definitely say the servers are still up on Windows 8 and Windows Phone.

If you don't have a data connection then Wordament is useless, since the whole game is played online. However, it shows that this is a port of the Windows Phone version of the game, as the graphics aren't quite as sharp nor the animations as smooth as that version. The graphics in Wordament are pretty neat, and the neat sound effects are used sparingly. There's full Xbox Live integration in Wordament, with lots of achievements to make, and the promise of 200 gamer points just by playing it! A picture tells a thousand words You can even make other Wordament players into 'frenemies', where you'll be able to compare their scores with yours after every game. It records lots of data about your gaming history and contains comprehensive leaderboards so you can see how others get on. After 30 seconds of studying this, a new game launches and you start over. After every game you're shown the global leaderboard for that game and your position within it. What makes Wordament unique is that games are played entirely online in the form of live tournaments, where all online players take on the same grid in a two-minute battle to score the most points and make the most words.
